Swedish Lapland Well Being, Fitness & Weight Loss Program is available to anyone wishing to improve their physical and mental well being regardless of your current level or abilities we will build you up to where you want and need to be, guaranteed!
Our weight loss programs are for 4 to 12 weeks and the longer you stay the cheaper the program becomes – get in touch for our 8 and 12 week prices! Training stays shorter than 4 weeks are welcome but for serious results the longer you stay the better!
The training groups are small and personal between 1 and 5 people at the most to ensure you get full attention at all times!
The food we serve is all ingredients of the highest standard, predominantly organic from local farms. You will enjoy meals such as grass fed steaks, chicken breasts, and even roast lamb served with the freshest of vegetables, fruit and wild berries gathered from our own land during the summer. If protein pancakes doesn’t put a smile on your face in the morning then maybe our nutritious smoothies will.
We can cater for Vegans, Vegetarians and most other preferences. Get in touch if you have a specific food requirement!

Generally you will have 2 days off per week which will depend on when you actually need to rest and you will train a minimum of 3 hours per day but sometimes up to 5 hours per day, again this depends on how you\'re doing on the course mentally and physically!
Here is a rough itinerary of how one day may look:
- 8am Morning Cardio Workout 60 to 90 minutes
- 9:30am Breakfast
- 12pm Lunch
- 3pm Afternoon Strength Training 90 to 120 minutes
- 5pm Dinner
- 7pm Yoga, Taichi or Meditation 45 to 60 minutes
- We usually have a Sauna once or twice a week!
One of the biggest challenges you will face with us is the severe Arctic weather which can drop as low as -30℃ but averages between -10℃ and -22℃. Crazy! While these conditions may scare some people away, just stop and think to yourself for a moment - If you can withstand intense training in some of the harshest conditions in the world then you will be prepared for anything life has to throw at you!
