Approximate itinerary for the Epic Iceland Adventure Holiday

Day 1 - Horses and Hot Springs - Reykjadalur

Vistas and Volcanoes This day-long tour offers spectacular views featuring the variety of the magnificent Icelandic nature. In Reykjadalur Valley we will experience hot springs and also take a relaxing bath in a warm stream. On the way back to the farm, you can enjoy spectacular panoramas over the surroundings and also the waterfall Djúpagilsfoss. Later on we will have a fantastic view over the village Hveragerði and the Ölfus area, and also all the way down to the coastline, where we might see the Westman Islands, weather permitting. This is a unique opportunity to experience Icelandic nature in all its variety.

Day 2 - Southern Coast tour - Premium Minbus 6 pax max

The first stop on our way will be the 60-meter Seljalandsfoss waterfall: a wide path along the cliff will allow you to follow the waterfall and view it from all sides – an impressive sight! Another waterfall on our way is Skogafoss, 25 meters wide and 60 meters high, which is associated with the legend of the first Viking Tracy Thoroulfsson and the ancient ring.

At the ancient Solheimajokull glacier, truly unique landscapes await you: in some places, the ice here is covered with volcanic ash deposited after eruptions, and a bizarre mixture of black and white lines and sections is hypnotizing and impressive.
Volcanoes have worked hard on Black Beach, one of Iceland\'s main natural attractions: the entire coast here consists of pure black gravel and black boulders. Authoritative publications have repeatedly recognized this beach as the most beautiful on Earth, and directors often choose it for filming science fiction films, because the local landscapes are truly unearthly.

Day 3 - Black Sand ATV Tours

2 hour ATV / Quad tour: We drive on the black sandy beach to the east to the place where the Ölfusá river meets the blue Atlantic ocean. On the way back we cover inland route or trail in between black and green sandy dunes. Then we travel to the west and cover some inland trails and have look at the sea cliffs Hafnarberg.

Evening Lava Tunnel Tour
The standard tour takes approximately 1 hour and this evening version is ideal to combine with evening activity such as Northern light hunt or dinner along the south coast.

Navigate through the wonderous lava tunnel Raufarhólshellir, one of the longest and best-known lava tubes in Iceland. Just a short 30 minute drive from Reykjavík, this natural wonder is easily accessible all year round.

Day 4 - Golden Circle- Premium Six Pax Max

Thingvellir is the national park that is listed by UNESCO. In front of the park, there is a gorgeous view of the largest lake in the country – Þingvallavatn. In the park, we will walk between two continents – European and American and look at the gathering place of the Althing – the oldest parliament in the world and Silfra – the fissure with crystal clear water, which is considered symbolic for divers.

Valley of Geysers – we will take a look at the origin of the word Geysir (that gave a name to all hot spots) and the highest geyser in Iceland, Strokkur, which explodes every few minutes up to 30 miters. Multi-colored deposits on the ground and a smoky valley create a special atmosphere here.

Gullfoss Waterfall – powerful waterfall, which consists of 2 steps. You will be impressed by the amount of water streaming through. In good weather, a rainbow decorates the waterfall. We will be able to see it from several angles and get as close as possible. Maybe a little wet from the drops.

Day 5 Snowmobiling – On top of a glacier

This tour gives you the opportunity to go up on the top of a glacier. The Mýrdalsjökull glacier is Iceland\'s fourth largest glacier and covers the volcano Katla. To get up to the roots of the glacier we will take you up the mountain in a real glacier truck.

Once we arrive at our glacier base we\'ll get on our vehicles for an exhilarating snowmobile ride on the ice cap, enjoying the glacier landscapes and scenery over south Iceland. Everything needed for the tour is provided and our expert guides will teach you how to handle the snowmobile to enjoy this adventure in a fun but safe way. The duration of the tour is suitable for first time riders.
