Engelberg e-biking is characterised by dodging cows, stopping at cheese farms and cooling-off in an alpine lakes. A hidden gem in the Swiss Central Alps
Engelberg has for a long time been the hot spot for freeride skiers and snowboarders in their search for high cliffs and big turns, a true hidden gem in the Swiss Central Alps.
In later years the Engelberg e-biking scene has slowly established itself through the local community’s growing passion and dedication. The endless hiking trail network offers everything from high alpine trails with stunning views to lower, loamy forest trails.
The descents are often characterised by dodging cows, stopping at cheese farms and cooling-off in one of the many alpine lakes. The riding consists of flowy yet partly technical trails on the higher altitudes and more smooth, yet challenging ones further down the valley.
