What to expect

6-day Kathmandu, Pokhara & Chitwan multi-activity holiday: Itinerary.

Day 1: Kathmandu Sightseeing
The Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Chitwan tour begins in the capital city of Nepal, Kathmandu. In the morning, you'll have breakfast, and our car will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the Hindu pilgrimage site, Pashupatinath temple. Except for the main temple of Pashupati (if you are non-Hindu), you can visit every corner of the area; after a pleasant time at Pashupatinath Temple, the car drives towards Boudhanath Stupa. Boudhanath Stupa is a primary pilgrimage site for Buddhists, attracting devotees and tourists. After getting a unique blend of experience of spirituality, history, and cultural diversity at Boudhanath, Stupa, visitors move towards the last destination for the day. Swayambhunath stupa, often called Monkey Temple, located in the heart of Kathmandu, is your final destination to explore. Although the Swayambhunath stupa is known as a Buddhist pilgrimage site, several shrines and temples surround the stupa, representing the combination of Hindu and Buddhist cultures.

After visiting three UNESCO World Heritage sites on the first day of the tour, we will drop you to your hotel. Overnight at Kathmandu.

Day 2: Fly from Kathmandu to Chitwan
The next destination on the tour is Chitwan after Kathmandu's exploration. You'll be picked up from your hotel and dropped off at Kathmandu's domestic airport for the Chitwan flight. A 20-minute flight from Kathmandu takes you to Bharatpur airport of Chitwan. We will pick you up from Bharatpur airport. A 30 to 45-minute drive takes you to the Chitwan Sauraha Hotel. Visitors will be checked in at the hotel and will get some refreshments. After refreshments, they can visit Tharu village in Sauraha and enjoy their cultural programs. Observing the artistic programs of Tharu's people will provide you with an opportunity to appreciate Nepal's distinctive culture. After a beautiful cultural evening, travelers will be back at the hotel. Chitwan is a two-night and three-day plan. Overnight at Chitwan.

Day 3: Activities in Chitwan
The third day of the tour will be beautiful and unforgettable. On this day, visitors do many exciting and adventurous activities in Chitwan. The day starts with getting involved with a jungle safari in Chitwan National Park. Visitors explore the dense forest of the National Park, either on the back of an elephant or in a jeep. A jungle safari is a unique experience that allows you to see different wildlife.

After the jungle safari, visitors can ride canoeing along the Rapti River. The Canoe ride provides opportunities to observe aquatic life. Besides jungle safari, travelers walk a jungle ride with experienced naturalists who will ensure their safety. Through a jungle walk, visitors learn more about the ecosystem of the Chitwan National Park. For bird watching, Chitwan National Park is a heaven. You can get insights into the 1000-plus species of birds there. Apart from all these activities, you'll visit the local Tharu village. On the visit, you can get involved with the Tharu people's daily activities and gain insight into their daily lives. Moreover, you'll enjoy beautiful sunset views from a particular viewpoint within Chitwan National Park. In the evening, travelers enjoy the Tharu cultural programs again.

Day 4: A Car Drive to Pokhara
After making many unforgettable memories in Chitwan, the tour will move to the final destination, Pokhara. After enjoying the morning meal, we will pick up visitors from the hotel for a scenic drive to Pokhara by Car. The distance between Chitwan and Pokhara is approximately 140 km. There are several stops where you can get fresh and enjoy local snacks. You'll have lunch along the way. The Chitwan to Pokhara drive takes you through the lowlands of Chitwan to Pokhara's hilly regions. Once you get to Pokhara, you can get fresh at the hotel, visit Phewa Lake, and enjoy boat riding. Overnight at Pokhara.

Day 5: Full-day Sightseeing in Pokhara
In the early morning, a car drive takes visitors towards Sarangkot for an incredible sunrise view. The sun's rays on the top of the mountain peaks will bless your eyes. After enjoying the sunrise view at Sarangkot, you'll drive back to visit Bindabasini temple. Bindabasini temple is in the middle of the Phewa lake, attracting hundreds of tourists. The temple is full of crowds during the festivals, and the people worship the goddess Bhagwati there. After visiting Bindabasini temple, travelers have breakfast at the hotel.

After a warm breakfast, you'll visit the International Mountain Museum near Pokhara airport. The International Mountain Museum is for paying tribute to the world's mountainous regions' culture, people, and history. Then, visitors move towards David's Falls, a famous tourist attraction waterfall in Pokhara. Behind David's fall, there is a cave called Gupteshwor Cave. You can enter the cave and explore. The tour then goes towards World Peace Pagoda. The pagoda is a Buddhist stupa made of a white structure with golden images. The World Peace Pagoda symbolizes peace and tranquility and is a tourist destination in Pokhara. Most people visit Seti River at the end of the visit, but we suggest going to the Velam Suspension bridge to see views of Fishtail and rivers. Overnight at Pokhara.

Day 6: Drive back into Kathmandu
With breakfast at the hotel, you'll be checked out from the hotel and drive back to Kathmandu with a beautiful drive. Passing through Muglin, Trishuli River, and the distinctive landscape of Nepal, you'll get to Kathmandu.
