We would like to invite you to join us on a Sri Lanka Safari experience in Wilpattu National Park and see the true beauty our country offers.
We group of nature lovers & environmental activists. and would love to offer our knowledge and experiences to get you closer to our precious flora and fauna. We cover all 22 national parks and forest reserves around Sri lanka.
We pick up our clients from the hotel and drive to the national park. after obtain the tickets/permits we will drive through the park for finding hotspots of animal gatherings and scenic views. our experienced drivers/guides know where and when animals gather.
There are approximately 30 species of mammals in the Wilpattu National Park which include the Sri Lankan Elephant, Sri Lankan Leopard, Lankan Sloth Bear, Sri, Spotted Deer, Buffalo, Sambar and Mongoose.
Wetland bird species found in the Wilpattu National Park include the Garganey, Pin tail, Whistling Teal, Spoonbill, White Ibis, Large White Egret, Cattle Egret and Purple Heron. Also, many species of Gulls, Terns, Owls, Kites and Eagles live here. The endemic Sri Lanka Jungle fowl, Little Cormorant and the Painted Stork can also be seen.
The Sri Lanka Safari experience in Wilpattu National Park would be altogether 3.5 to 4 hours. and we have the option to extend the journey time as well. experience will be finished after dropping off at the hotel.
