The Captain is Signor Rosiello, a very experienced fisherman who was trained by the best IGFA captains in the world. He has seen it all: Blue Marlins, giant Tuna, and even bigger Sharks. He also won first place at the Martinique Blue Marlin Sportfishing back in 2012.

This when Mahi Mahi and Tuna swim in from the ocean to breed, so it’s the best period to find them, as they’re very hungry and often swim only a few miles offshore. It’s pretty common to catch up to 30 or 40 fish per day during July and August.
In terms of sport fishing, the Adriatic Sea has always been kind to the fishermen, so you’re very unlikely to return home without a catch. The captain usually goes anywhere from 2–35 miles offshore. The most common techniques are trolling and jigging (slow-pitch) but he’s well-versed with other techniques.
The boat is a Mako 211, with an Evinrude 250hp engine and a Mercury 8hp safety engine. The boat includes a minibar, local snacks, sandwiches (included in price), and the captain will even take care of all the necessary fishing licenses. Fish cleaning is also included.

Excursions:
• Snorkeling in the Apulian Waters:
This is a five-hour excursion. We will stay inshore and offer you the possibility to swim in the wonderful Apulian waters. While snorkeling, you could encounter many marine creatures. The most common we see are listed below: Moray eel, Conger eel, Starfish Grouper Sea urchins, Hermit crab, Stone crab, Redfish, Barracuda, Bluefish, Sardine, Mackerel, Stingray. • On-Board Aperitif – Morning:
This a 3-hour excursion. On this excursion, you will experience the beauty of the Apulian coast!
