What to expect

What does the day look like? The cenote tour will generally take half a day. Starts generally at 8:30 AM. Wherever you stay in the area of Playa del Carmen to Tulum, our staff will pick you up from the reception or a close agreed meeting point (occasionally due to inaccessibility at resorts).

At our Bathhouse Café, you start your day with a complimentary deluxe coffee or tea. Meanwhile, your guide will give a thorough briefing at Maya Blue (or cenote) concerning scuba-procedures, safety, cenote regulation, history, and any points of interest.

After everything is crystal and you’ll have a good understanding of what you can expect, we will provide transportation to go to the cenote. We insist on small groups and have private vehicles available, to avoid overcrowded mini-vans.

Arrived at the cenote, your guide will show you around the jungle area, cenote facilities, and the points of easy entry and exit. Once in the water, the guide will take you scuba diving and show you what the cenote is all about.

Then there will be lunch and beverages included. After lunch, you will have some free time at the cenote. Finally, after a half-day of exploring the cenote, your guide will drive you back to your accommodation.

You will approximately arrive at your accommodation around 12.00 PM and leave you astonished.

We hope you enjoy your time in Mexico.
