Our team will work with you to understand your current level of fitness, training routine and goals. Using this information your personal performance coach will individualise a training program for you to ensure you are fit, ready and confident to have an amazing trip.

Your adventure will be guided by an experienced leader, and will run for 8-12 days, with options for your friends and family to join at the beginning or the end of tour.

Our trips will be limited to 12 guests per departure and your pre-trip training will start as soon as you book.

Training for Trips will work with you to understand your current level of fitness, training routine and goals. We will then individualise a training program for you to ensure you are fit, ready and confident to have an amazing adventure.

We know our trips inside out and will provide you with a program that is precisely targeted at the physical demands of your adventure.

We consider the musculoskeletal, physiological, environmental and psychological demands of each trip and will tailor you a program with a high degree of specificity that will give you the confidence you need to maximise your enjoyment of each adventure.
