At Scenic Air we are passionate about flying, and we use this passion to deliver once-in-a-lifetime experiences and take you as close to the majestic and stunning Swiss Alps peaks as possible.

Scenic Air AG is a Swiss-based air tours company which has been in continuous operation for over 20 years. We pride ourselves on our decades of experience in aviation.

We offer sightseeing tours, private tours and taxi flights from our airport in Reichenbach im Kandertal and heliport in Lauterbrunnen. Both of these locations are situated in the Bernese Oberland and are in close reach from Interlaken.

We fly a Swiss-built, 7-seater Pilatus PC-6 Porter. This plane is ideal for scenic flights as it is able to fly close to the mountains and allows passengers to see the natural beauty that the Swiss Alps has to offer from a bird’s-eye view.

In winter, we are able to mount skis on our plane and perform glacier landings. These flights, available with both airplane and helicopter, are a truly spectacular and a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

For our vintage flights, we use a Swiss Air Force aircraft, the Pilatus P-2. Developed by the Swiss Air Force and designed by the Swiss manufacturer Pilatus, this aircraft is a rare piece of Swiss history. Since its first flight in 1945, only 54 Pilatus P-2 aircraft were built and used by the Swiss Air Force until 1981.
