The Kalypso Dive Center & School facilities are secreted away in the premises of Kalypso Cretan Village Resort & Spa hotel, right down in the opening of Karavos beach. As our guest you will be offered the diving or snorkelling of your choice (which includes night diving or snorkelling), plus you will discover the magic of the amazing Libyan Sea.

With more than 30 meters visibility underwater – as you can see in the picture above – the biodiversity of the underwater closed ecosystem inside and around the rugged coastal area of ​​Karavos beach is something really unique in the Mediterranean Sea!

It is probably one of the best, interesting and safest dive sites in Greece – very popular to divers from all over the world – for scuba diving of all levels. The beginners feel sound and safe inside the bay, while experienced divers feel the awe of the deep blue waters!

At Kalypso Dive Center we offer a wide range of PADI courses that are recognised internationally. They are designed for beginner divers and for those who wish to improve their skills and acquire certification.
