Game Haven Lodge is an all-encompassing resort featuring a 9-hole golf course, conference facilities, private lake, stylish restaurant and 28-room lodge from luxury cottages to self-catering guesthouses.

This unique and tranquil retreat set in the warm heart of Africa is home to 10 species of animal and a variety of birds and insects. From giraffe to zebra, eland to impala, the magnificent animals wander freely around the picturesque grounds. They’re often spotted grazing on the restaurant lawn, ambling through the golf course and even relaxing on the khondie right outside your room for you to enjoy.

The naturally beautiful landscape coupled with the absence of predators makes Game Haven Lodge a real sanctuary for both animals and humans alike. Just a mere 25 kilometers from the busy hub of Blantyre city centre, Game haven Lodge is the perfect dose of tranquillity we all need in our lives.

Our animals are very accustomed to vehicles and people so you can get that close look and wonderful photograph you have always been dreaming of. If walking is your preferred method of transport then the walking safari is for you, take a walk through the park with one of our highly skilled rangers and enjoy the warm African weather whilst you stroll through the 212-hectare park. For the adventurers out there is also an option for an exhilarating bike safari, we are equipped with 18 mountain bikes in various sizes so the whole family can enjoy a ride on the wild side.
