Our internship programmes are the best way to fast-track your career as a ski or snowboard instructor. You will receive world-class instructor training, become a certified instructor and get a guaranteed job offer, all in one season. You’ll get everything you need to work as a ski or snowboard instructor worldwide. Our Internship Plus Programme is for those serious about making a career in the snowsports industry. You will come away with a more advanced instructor qualification, a first aid certificate and will also gain avalanche safety skills.
Training courses
This program is ideal for keen skiers and snowboarders looking to take their riding to the next level without needing a job. You will receive internationally recognised instructor qualifications. Courses are available from 4-11 weeks working towards your Level 1 or 2 Certification for the ultimate gap year experience.

Career progression
EA Ski & Snowboard graduates are frequently recognised as world class ski and snowboard instructors. Some progress into the role of program managers in the following seasons. Others have taken different paths in the ski industry through the connections they have made on their internship. Some have opened ski lodges, launched ski gear brands, produce snowsports media, and a few even work with us in our head office surrounded by three local resorts.
