Alaska’s Anvik River Lodge is Alaska’s most remote full-service fishing lodge, located in the middle Yukon area of the state in Western Alaska.
Alaska’s Anvik River Lodge is in the middle Yukon area of the state in Western Alaska. We own a 5-acre parcel of land that was homesteaded back in the early 70’s. We are surrounded by federal lands, making us the only fishing lodge on the entire river. The lodge itself is located about 70 miles up the Anvik River from the confluence of the Yukon and Anvik Rivers. To give you a little better idea of our location – as the crow flies – we’re about 450 miles northwest of Anchorage or 130 miles SE of Nome across the Nulato Range which protects us from the inclement coastal weather found in the Nome & Unalakleet area.
Having the distinction of being Alaska’s most remote full-service fishing lodge can likely mean that we’re one of the most remote full-service fishing lodges in world. Our mission is to share and excite one’s spirit with the wonder and beauty of this vast wilderness with all who come here, whether it be guests or staff members. We will always strive to provide a positive life changing experience that encompasses a harmonious blend between the creature comforts of society and our beloved mother-nature.
