The Whole Lodge at Mountain View Lodge, Bulgaria
We are situated, in the lush valley of Kyustendil, known as the Orchard of Bulgaria, by the pretty Bistritza river. Our location is ideal for all outdoor activities with hiking, climbing, cycling all on our doorstep and, with the Northern slopes of the Osogovo Mountain a short drive away, winter is covered for skiing and snowboarding without the queues of the larger resorts. We are also close to the border point with Macedonia, meaning you can hop over for the day to explore this beautiful country during your stay with us.
Since ancient times, the mineral waters of the numerous fountains, natural springs, wells and spas found in Kyustendil have been world-famous for their curative properties and many people visit the area just for these.
The favourable climate, magic mineral waters, sumptuous fruit and lush vin-yards, attract many Bulgarian and foreign visitors to Kyustendil.
