Our apartment 2 on the first floor offers enough space for 6 persons, on request also 8 persons! 90 sqm, wooden and tiled floors with underfloor heating, selected local materials as well as panoramic windows ensure a particularly relaxing holiday.
The flat has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with a comfortable double bed; the third bedroom has two single beds. All three are equipped with a TV, two also have an in-room safe. If requested for 8 persons, the sofa in the living area can be converted into a double bed.
Three bathrooms give you maximum privacy. One bathroom is adjacent to a bedroom and is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bathroom has a bathtub, washbasin and toilet. The third bathroom has a wellness rain shower with starry sky and Kneipp hose, washbasin and a small highlight: an infrared cabin, which works wonders after a sporty day in the mountains (goodbye to sore muscles!). Hairdryer, towel dryer and cosmetics are of course necessary in every bathroom.
The large living and dining area invites you to spend sociable hours together. The dining table with tiled stove comfortably seats up to 8 people. In addition, there is not only a comfortable sofa, but also a TV with Blu-Ray player, I Pod docking station and radio.
The designer kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for everyone. An induction hob, micro grill, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, wine fridge, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, enough plates, pots and pans and all the usual cooking utensils are available.
On the 5 sqm covered balcony you can not only admire and enjoy the Tyrolean mountains, but also barbecue with your own Weber electric grill!
