Enjoy a high standard of comfort after your day of activities at our New Zealand Adventure Lodge on Rangitikei River! Our deluxe guest rooms all have a king size bed (which can also be split into 2 singles) and a private ensuite bathroom.
Each of our deluxe guest rooms features it’s own unique decor and each bathroom is tiled in it’s own distinctive pattern reflecting the local environment.
Our garden deluxe rooms are in a separate block next to the main lodge building, and all have views out onto the gardens.

The lodge is out of cell phone coverage, ensuring a strong dose of peace and quiet for ultimate relaxation.
The New Zealand Adventure Lodge on Rangitikei River is located 30km from the nearest town of Taihape. We are in a fairly remote, rural area with no cell phone coverage (but wifi is included with the room). The lodge is nestled alongside the Rangitikei river and there is a great spot for swimming right outside the lodge.
For adventure seekers, we offer rafting and horse trekking activities. Try our grade 5 white water raft trip or a scenic float. River Valley stables offer a range of half day and full day treks for riders of any ability.
The lodge also has an on site restaurant and bar. Be sure to book in for dinner - the restaurant serves fresh, home made food with produce from our on-site gardens and locally sourced, free range and organic meat.
