Chalet Tilly is an exceptional and new chalet built in 2023 with 4 bedrooms en suite for up to 9 people. On the southern slope of Morzine, it enjoys sunshine all day on the balconies with direct views of the slopes of Pleney, Nyon and the valley. The chalet is 150m² and extends over 3 floors and consists of:
Ground floor:
Entrance hall with storage
Garage: direct access with electric door, ski/snowboard rack and boot dryer/gloves
Bedroom 4: two single beds (that can be made into a king bed) + a single bunk bed, TV, en-suite shower room with toilet, custom built-in storage. This room does not have a window.
There is also a utility room with washing machine and dryer
First Floor:
Bedroom 3: two single beds which can can be a king
Balcony access with views of the Pleney, en-suite shower room with WC, custom built-in storage

Second Floor:
There is a magnificent living room with high ceilings. Floor to ceiling windows have outstanding and unobstructed views of the surrounding Pleney, Nyon mountains and Morzine valley.
Chalet Tilly has an open plan kitchen, which is fully equipped and perfect for a professional chef. The sitting area has comfortable sofas and a smart TV. The living area has access to a large terrace with garden furniture.

Chalet Tilly is situated 9 minutes walk away from the Super Morzine telecabine and Morzine village.
It is on the sunny side of the valley, from which you can also easily access the Avoriaz ski area.
Towards Morzine:
In 9 minutes you can walk to the Super Morzine telecabine via the suspension bridge. Just beyond that lift is the village centre.
To reach the Pleney telecabine, you can either walk to the SuperMorzine lift and take the Petit Train over to the Pleney. Or you can help you organise a slope transfer.
