Our largest apartment on the first floor is just perfect if you are planning a holiday for all generations of your family or a holiday with all your friends – because this apartment has room for up to 10 people! 100 sqm, wooden and tiled floors with underfloor heating, selected local materials and panoramic windows make for a particularly relaxing holiday.
The apartment has three bedrooms, two of which have bunk beds. All three are equipped with a safe and TV.
Three bathrooms give you maximum privacy. One bathroom is adjacent to a bedroom and is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bathroom has a bathtub, washbasin and toilet. The third bathroom has a shower with starry sky and Kneipp hose, washbasin and a small highlight: an infrared cabin which works wonders after a sporty day in the mountains (goodbye to sore muscles!). There is also a separate WC. Hairdryer, towel dryer and cosmetic products are of course not missing in any of the bathrooms.
The large living and dining area invites you to spend sociable hours together. The dining table with tiled stove comfortably seats up to 10 people. In addition, there is not only a large leather sofa, but also a TV with Blu-Ray player, I Pod docking station and radio.
The designer kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for everyone. An induction hob, oven, micro grill, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, wine fridge, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, enough plates, pots and pans and all the usual cooking utensils are available.
On the 8 sqm covered balcony you can not only admire and enjoy the Tyrolean mountains, but also barbecue with your own Weber electric grill!
