Are the TheKiteGuru’s kitesurfing adventures in South Africa the ultimate kitesurfing experience? Probably!
Limited to only four people per group, with unlimited instruction, coaching and guidance around the magnificent city of Cape Town. The group will be transported by a typically African Toyota Land cruiser 4×4 with loaded roof racks for all our Kitesurfing gear and toys.
Tom, your host, instructor, coach and guide has 16 years Kiting experience and 10 years teaching Kitesurfing (senior BKSA/IKO instructor trainer). He has been running wave kitesurfing camps, freestyle clinics and leading downwinders for large groups of Kitesurfers plus has made a series of wave kitesurfing instructional videos (available on youtube). In the past he was a HMS coastguard and has been running Kitesurfing schools all over the world – so you are in extremely safe and capable hands!
With three seasons living and riding every wind day in and around Cape Town you will benefit from heaps of local local knowledge on and off the water. The mission is to take you to Kitesurf totally away from the crowds at the best locations including some secret spots are only accessible by 4×4). South Africa has some of the best Kitesurfing beaches on the planet.
You will be filmed and photographed as part of you Kitesurfing coaching package and you will be given all the media to keep.
No wind no problem as your host is an adventure junkie, which means you will get taken to all the best local adventure activities like mountain biking, wakeboarding, surfing, hiking, freediving, trail running (to name a few on offer). Tom will also take you to the best places to eat, areas of outstanding natural beauty or simply show you where is best to relax.
Overall a super personal trip where just about everything has been thought of. No messing around, straight to the best of the best.
Because of the small group size space is very limited and this trip is only for intermediate kitesurfers who are able to at the least ride toeside as the group levels must be similar for the trip to be a huge success.
